Celebration Of Life

With deep sorrow, we share that Névé Lynn Hall departed this world on the same day she entered it—May 20th—after 16 beautiful years.

Névé was the embodiment of kindness. Her love for family, friends, and animals radiated wherever she went. She was a light in our lives—the kind of light we all strive to become. In her spirit, we know she would want her passing to be a message: choose joy over sorrow, love over hate, wonder over fear, and light over darkness.

Born and raised in Fernie, BC, Névé attended École Sophie Morigeau and Fernie Secondary School. She cherished time with loved ones, traveling, caring for animals, and growing strong in both body and spirit.

She is predeceased by her grandfather, Lionel, and lovingly remembered by her parents, Leilani and Mark; her brother, Kale; her grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends.

A Celebration of Life took take place on May 31st, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Mountainside Church in Fernie, BC. A viewing was held prior from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM for those who wished to say a quiet goodbye.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate teams at Elk Valley Hospital and Alberta Children’s Hospital for their tireless efforts to keep Névé here with us. While her soul had other plans, we find peace in knowing she now surrounds and guides us with the same love she gave so freely in life.
